Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. 10 minutes from the Lioran ski resort and Cantal hikes, enjoy a family stay in this apartment for 4 or 5: double bedroom, 2 or 3 beds in the mezzanine, living room with TV area (DTT, HDMI socket) equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) with dining area, bathroom. Storage of equipment (bicycles, skis, snowshoes, etc.) in a sheltered area. On the 1st floor in a quiet old house in the city centre, 5 minutes' walk from the train station and shops. It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
