We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. The quaint village smithy (hut atmosphere) is a cozy cottage in the middle of Neustift. In the house there are 5 bedrooms (note: 1 room is a through room) for up to 10 persons. The house is therefore perfect for groups and families. Due to the central situation, all major tourist facilities (restaurants, grocery, swimming pool and sauna, bus stop, ski rental, etc.) can be reached within a few minutes.

Newly renovated holiday home with large garden

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished house with about 115 m2 is located in the municipality of Mieders, a quiet place at the entrance of the Stubaital. From here, it's only 15 minutes to Innsbruck downtown. In a few minutes, however, there are also several ski resorts such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier. The bus station is a 2 minute walk.

My grandparents built and operated this house as a small guesthouse. Where there were once separate guest rooms, there is now a newly renovated, light-flooded 100 sqm 3-room attic apartment with mountain views, in which I now live. However, since I am on the road a lot myself, I have decided to continue the tradition of the house and occasionally welcome guests. Maybe you soon?
