Monthly Rentals in New Almaden

I stayed just shy of 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay. Trung was incredibly helpful, kind, and when I had a small issue with the fridge he was extremely responsive and fixed right away. He was always available should I ever have any concerns or needs and never made me feel like I was a bother. The room was very private, clean, and I was pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities you will need for a long term stay. The backyard is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Amazing find!

Roya was so helpful and wonderful and I felt like I am at home. She offered me a soup and medications where I didn't feel my best. I will for sure be back, thank you Roya for making my stay so wonderful!

Lisa’s property met my expectations.. The area is quiet and peaceful.. The room I stayed is neat and comfortable.. Lisa is very helpful and responsive, she even let me check out a little bit late due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you Lisa!:)

I really enjoyed my stay here, Lily was very responsive and communicated well whenever needed. It felt like right at home from the moment I checked-in, and place was very clean with all the mentioned amenities included. Lily’s Mom was very helpful all the time, she is a very sweet lady to talk to whenever I see her around. They have a beautiful backyard which is well maintained and guests can spend their free time. I would definitely recommend this to others and would love to be back when I am in the area.
