Aparthotel vacation rentals in New England

Raja was an excellent host and very accommodating to our situation. Her space was clean. The location was convenient and free parking was not hard to find. 10/10 stay and would love to come back. Thank you!

We were trying to find a last minute room at a hotel but all the usual hotels brands were booked and only some "questionable" hotel brands were available. I searched Airbnb and found Siemon's rooms. On the surface the room pictures looked similar to some of the budget hotel offerings, but I decided to take a chance based on the positive reviews. Siemon was helpful and proactive in all communications. When we arrived at the location, it was initially difficult to find the correct doors to enter, but I appreciated the keypad access to the outside door and the room based on a code of my choosing. The room itself was better in person than conveyed in the pictures. I would not call the furnishings luxurious, but they are clean, in excellent condition, and everything you would need for a very reasonable price. The environment was extremely quiet and restaurants are in walking distance. I would gladly stay with Siemon the next time I need a room in the area. Very happy and recommended!

This is a nice, easy place to stay at. The apartment is as described, clean and neat. The host was super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood around this apartment is a bit gritty, but it is easy to get to other areas of the city.

This eight-room boutique hotel was sparkling clean and conveniently located for access to Montreal nightlife without the nightlife happening right outside your window. The suite was spacious and comfortable for the value. The kind sized bed was soft and comfortably made with lots of layers and down pillows. The bathroom had all of the little toiletries that one might forget when traveling. Turgay was a helpful host with tips about the neighborhood and his building manager drove with my boyfriend in a snow storm when we arrived to help him finding the parking area. We look forward to staying again in what is quickly becoming one of our favorite places.

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

This was a great place to stay as a family for a ski trip! Easy ski on/ski off access to the mountain with ski lockers was a huge plus. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants. The kids love the movie theater, pool and game room. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff at front desk.

We had such a great time at Rob&Julia's place. Very good communication, great location, the place was sparkling clean! I will definitely come back again with my family! One of my best experiences

This is a beautiful apartment on Warren St. with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Charlotta was welcoming and responsive. Highly recommended.

We were two couples staying here for almost a week, and we enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was very usable, we cooked twice. There are two (small) bedrooms, each with a nice bathroom, with the staircase in between the two rooms, and a good size living room. Quiet apartment, quiet area, but easily walkable to busy pedestrian street for shopping and dining. One thing to note is that anyone in the living room area can easily hear any conversation in the adjacent bedroom due to an open space in the wall.

Clean and safe. Great Irish pup across the way with a fantastic atmosphere and music.

Great stay, everything was spotless in the accommodation and everything was there without us having to bring more kitchen stuff. I highly recommend

The place was small but very nice and clean. Location perfect. A few comment:the apartment is located on a 4th floor no elevator. Both my hips are replaced therefore it made it very difficult for me to go up and down so many stairs. There are no night tables on the sides of the bed plus no nighhtlamps. I would highly reccomend it though. Thanks

Great apartment. Beautiful inside and easy contactless check in and out. Would not park on the street overnight or walk around by yourself overnight in that area.

The pictures don’t even do this place justice…it’s better than the pics. Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful room, great amenities, awesome lighting.
