Vacation rentals with a home theatre in New England

The location could not be much better. It was within walking distance of downtown but close to the hiking trails too. The lower level space was surprisingly well lit by natural light when I wanted it but easy to darken when I needed to rest. It had one of the more comfortable beds I've slept on while away from home.

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfy apartment in downtown Brattleboro. It was close to restaurants and lots of interesting shops. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The place was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Samuel was responsive and available to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful time!

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

We has a very relaxed stay at Brian's. Very peaceful. everything we were looking for. Hosts were super friendly, communicated well and very welcoming.

Was a beautiful place, very welcoming. Lots of thought and kindness went into setting up this space. We wished we could have stayed longer and definitely will come back 10 of 10 we recommend!!!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The views were amazing and very close to Sunday River. The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing and the kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend and would be amazing to come back in the fall.

Absolutely wonderful spot! We loved the house, it was perfect for a weekend gateway of two families with young kids. House was exactly as described, communication was easy and seamless, and we had a fantastic time. Will def be happy to come back here.

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. We really loved the decor and hot tub. The media/theater setup was pretty cool and the kids enjoyed the fit put in the back along the stream. When we had a question about the hot tub cover, they had someone out there the next morning to address it. All of the how to videos on how to operate everything in the house was super cool. I will say, the second bedroom was a bit small with no room for furniture or suitcase. As well as, the second bed was pretty noisy. Five or six people might be a bit tight in there

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and exactly as described—comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide local recommendations. Their attention to detail made my trip seamless and enjoyable. Our group really enjoyed our stay at JunkO and Ryo’s place! It was def one of the better ones and we’ve been to 30+ upstate. The recently renovated open concept house is roomy, squeaky clean, and decorated and furnished beautifully. The windows and new sliding doors provide a full panoramic view of the mountains while you sit and eat. The sauna downstairs is also very relaxing and gets hot quickly. They provide robes, spa towels, slippers, and has its own private shower a few steps away. Beds are super comfy and there’s no shortage of linens, towels or anything you may need. Kitchen was also fully stocked. Location is 10-15 mins from anything and everything. Oh and it is VERY baby friendly With very little excess clutter, and they provided all the necessary items (crib,highchair,child gates, tub etc) Don’t hesitate to stay here, We look forward to visiting again soon.

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

Very comfortable stay! The place has everything one needs and the beds are very comfortable, which is not always the case. I highly recommend Nicolas’ place for a solo traveler or a family, as it has two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen!

The accommodation is impeccable, everything is very clean and organized, there is no cigarette smell (most hotels have that smell), it’s very well located, the hotel offers plenty of activities, and the room view is beautiful! I recommend it 100%!

It was a great place to stay at Jay Peak. The listing was exactly what the condo looked like. It was very clean, and the location was fantastic. It was right off Grammy Jay but there’s always the shuttle available if necessary. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.
