Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in New Town, Prague

Spacious, comfortable, good facilities, well equipped kitchen with quality utensils (but no tin opener) plenty of crockery. Great to have washer dryer but no instructions. Plenty of space for four people.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. This place is clean and modern... and located very close to the Muzeum and Metro station I.P. Pavlova.

Ulvi's place is close to the river and very well connected by tram to the city center. We often chose this option because we visited during winter and ofc it's quicker, but I would say the distance is rather walkable. The apartment is not very big but it's warm, clean and has everything needed for a nice stay. We were four friends travelling with a tiny yorkie and Ulvi made us feel welcome. Overall, I would definetly recommend it!

The apartment was as described, close to all amenities, you can use public transport which is a few minutes walk away, walk around and visit everything on foot . Vaida was very welcoming. I highly recommend this listing!

I have been in so many places through Airbnb, but never like this. Veronika´s appartment was absolutelly the BEST one!. It was bright, sunny, clean and with amazing location. Everything was close, and we were not missing absolutelly anything. There is underground parking space, which was amazing. Veronika was very kind and she was really hellpful, when we needed anything. When I came visit Prague again, it will be deffinitely Veronika´s appartment.

It’s my second time staying at Jakub and Boris’s place and it’s an absolute delight! The place, the location, the level of hospitality and care for guests is beyond perfect! Highly recommended and I’ll definitely will come back!

The apartment was really nice and so was the location. The access to transportation for going to town was right by the apartment and by foot it was around a 30 minutes. Overall i had a really great time and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Great place In a quite suburb of Prague but really well connected by public transport (which is very cheap in Prague and efficient). Didn’t use taxi even once. We didn’t eat locally as always had food in old town before heading back.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of a metro and bus stop. A Billa branch as well as several restaurants are also close by. The apartment is modernly furnished, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. It offers numerous opportunities to relax – whether in the armchair, on the sofa or outside on the terrace. On the terrace, a Hollywood swing, barbecue, and atmospheric lighting invite you to linger. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kornelie even left us a vase with fresh tulips – a nice gesture that made the already inviting stay even better. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped – very good for cooking. The highlight for our older kids after a long day in town was the huge TV with lots of streaming opportunities. Kornelie is extremely friendly, and helpful.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

The stay at this B&B in Prague was simply perfect. The place is well-structured, with attention to detail, clean and very welcoming. The location is great: it is close to tram stops 1 and 2, very convenient to visit the city and easily reach the main attractions, without stress. A big thank you to the host, very kind and always available: he made us feel at home from the first moment, also giving us great tips on what to visit and where to eat. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Prague in a comfortable, well-connected environment with impeccable hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The hosts were very pro active and well to communicate, the apartment is just as it is on the picture I think it’s even bigger than what look on the picture, everything well tight and clean, location is amazing it’s right in the middle of everything but still very quiet. I would definitely stay there again! 3 nights is not enough to Praha!

Excellent location, close to Plaza Viejo and all the attractions of the place, very quiet and safe. Klára is very kind to welcome us and help us.

Happy to highly recommend. I appreciated being able to retreat to the quietness of the district after the hustle and bustle of the tourist parts of the city. You’ll probably prefer to eat in the centre by taking the metro to Muzeum, but there is decent pub food at Pod Hájem, at the end of Davídkova, and U Zvonečku, on the metro station boulevard might be worth a visit. The two fast-foods behind the metro station looked unappealing, but you find supermarkets there. Anyone who has read the great writer Bohumil Hrabal might like to wander around Kobylisy, one metro stop away, where he lived from 1973 until his death, and where some of his stories are set. He lived in a very ordinary, upper-floor flat in a housing estate. It was just as ordinary inside. A plaque was placed outside a few years ago.

We can’t recommend more for the place. Convenient, enjoyable, thoughtful, parking place, walking distance to everywhere. We will definitely come back with our baby.

It went very well! the apartment is ideally located, 30 minutes from the airport, lively neighborhood but the quiet accommodation, shops cafes and restaurants nearby, possible to do a lot of sightseeing on foot (5mn from the Charles Bridge)! the apartment matches the photos, functional and clean (a little wet but there was a humidity sensor), well arranged! Only detail is that it is on the ground floor and overlooks an inner courtyard so there may be a feeling of lack of privacy. a plus: it is possible to leave luggage after check out in a secure place, very convenient when you leave in the evening! We did not meet Ulvi and Umur but they were responsive to our questions and heard from us;) Anyway, I would go back there without hesitation!

A super place to stay , in the heart of the old town square. Everything within walking distance . Great shower and modern bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Good value accommodation We would definitely choose to use the apartment again and would highly recommend it .
