R & R German Suite. Perfect for Locums.

Luxury 1400 square foot apartment. All appliances including washer & dryer. Fast Internet and cable TV. Close to hotels, groceries, and Schells Brewery within walking distance. Paved Bike trail across the street. The Suite is perfect for working people coming to New Ulm needing a very comfortable place to stay short term or longer. It's also great for a weekend getaway. We are at times flexible with the number of guests. If more than 3, prior approval is requested. 2nd bed is a futon in a sm rm.

The Historic Vacation Haus: Built in 1896

Built in 1896 with original wood floors. Space for around 10+ people. Beautifully updated farmhouse kitchen. 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed & futon, another room has two double beds. The living room has a pull out queen mattress & there are two air mattresses. Great location blocks from downtown restaurants and bars, and close to the Brown County Fairgrounds! The dining room seats 6 comfortably & the kitchen features an eat in-kitchen bench & counter height island, providing seating for 8.

Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and one bathroom. No kitchen. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally (no AC needed). It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.
