Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Newhaven

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

Joanna was a very excellent Host. put my partner and us at ease. very chatty aminable and very kind helpful at all times. she provided great warm to our stay, wonderful chats 😀 and very kind. one of the best hosts I have encountered what a wonderful we had celebrating my birthday and other things to. she made the stay.

Joe was a great host. We were able to check in early and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It looks great in the photos but was even better in person.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Marie was such an accommodating host, and so thoughtful! She proactively asked if any children were coming, if we needed any special requirements, and even left an Easter egg along with goodies for us on arrival ❤️ The apartment is very close to the station, but very peaceful inside. Felt at home right away. Plenty of games available - kids loved their first taste of Twister! Thanks again!

We came with a group of friends and a 2-year-old. The garden flat is stunning and surpasses the photos. Jane and Mark were so easy to communicate with and we really loved the small touches to make our check-in comfortable. They left a travel cot and some children’s books for our friend’s daughter. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Lovely stay close to where we needed to be. Lots of home comforts. Perfect for a weekend away.

The property description and photos give a very accurate representation. Beds were very comfortable, house was warm and spacious. Thankyou for a very pleasant stay.

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

This is such a fantastic house for a big group! There's plenty of communal space. Both the house and garden are gorgeous. The rooms are lovely - with brilliant views of the sea. And Jane is so helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views to the sea. Lovely facilities and pretty good location only around 25 minutes from station and 20 minutes from The Laines. Bars, restaurants and shops at top of street within few minutes walk. Some noise from local pub (located across the lane but it was Friday night) but this dropped after about 11. Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return. Thankyou!

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Good location close to station and North Laine

Susan’s condo is fantastic. Immaculately clean, with wonderful views from the windows and the balcony. There are stairs to negotiate and parking can be a bit of a bugger, but you’re in close proximity to seaside attractions and the buses run frequently. She was also very friendly and responsive in her texts.

This is a really lovely, grownup and charming apartment. Laid back style that nevertheless is polished with all the little touches that make a stay memorable. It has everything you might hope for, the little balcony on the first floor is perfect for a quiet morning coffee with a view of the sea at the end of the road. The private terrace of the master bedroom was lovely for late night stargazing wrapped in the beautiful wool blankets provided. The lounge is cosy and the kitchen has everything you could ask for if you decide to cook at home. The bedrooms are great - just as photographed - and everything has a high-end polish throughout. Finally, the apartment was really quiet. Its proximity to the beach is a big bonus but its overall location, with lovely cafes an artisan bakery and corner shops is great. It’s ideally situated for an easy walk into town, or along the beachfront towards the pier. Thank you Renny - It was a great stay.
