Monthly Rentals in Newington

Location is perfect. Very close to the city center. It was very nice to close to meadows and playground for our son :) Heater system was very good, it warmed up whole flat in 30 mins. The flat is small but very useful. I highly recommend this house even for families. Steven prepared a very nice flat for us.

Zoe's little house in Edinburgh is a fantastic mixture of close to everything but still kind of remote due to its location in a back . It is easily reachable by car but also close to public transport. For those that want to walk a little bit, it is even possible to reach the old town or Arthur's Seat by foot. Zoe was a kind and considerate host and gave uns very detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The house's furnishings are comfortable and modern and leave nothing to desire. From a dishwasher over a washing machine to a microwave and oven, there is everything one might think of. Everything was clean and in excellent condition during our stay. We absolutely loved our stay with Zoe and would definitely come again.

Matthew's place was great and beautiful. Very close to downtown. Matthew was very responsive. The only draw back is the check-in system where you need to pick up the key in a different place. It wasn't an issue for us since we took an Uber from the airport but it can be a problem if you are in a tight schedule with your flight. Otherwise it is a great place.
