There’s a small shady-in-summer/sunny-in-winter south-facing back porch w/ loveseat +large covered patio w/ furnishings a in mostly gravel backyard. There’s a legal back house (Chic) which is only accessed from alley so it’s totally private. Driveway+limited on-street parking.

We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.
