Monthly Rentals in Newnham

We had a fantastic weekend at Anne's house, and Anne was a wonderful host. The check in instructions and directions were extremely detailed and clear and we were also provided with a useful list of local recommendations well ahead of our stay. The house is lovely, and perfectly set up for a long weekend away with the family. Anne had thought of everything, right down to providing dog towels! I would definitely recommend :)

The Stable is a spacious property with everything you need for your stay. The bedroom is upstairs with a large & comfy bed & ensuite bathroom. The lounge area has various board games, books & foosball table to keep children & adults entertained. The kitchen & dining room is large and sunny. There is also a downstairs bathroom and utility room with washing machine. Yvonne was great to communicate with - quick to answer any questions. The fresh milk and scones on arrival was a nice touch. The Stable is well located for walks directly from the property or a short drive to the Forest of Dean. We enjoyed pizza & beer at the tap room at Bespoke Brewery in Littledean, dinner at Post in Newnham (highly recommend) & cider tasting at Severn Cider in Awre. Lovely place. All you need is supplied including games,which was great as we stayed with our Granddaughter. First time staying in a Air BNB but will definitely be doing it again. The hosts leave clear instructions so you don't have to contact them. First class service. Lovely setting with a walk through woods if you want. Places to eat close by ( not Walking) but beware if you come from a big city like us. The pubs are only open so many days of the week and usually stop serving food around 8PM so check opening times first.

Highly recommend, lovely place nice and clean. Perfect for dogs, our little one loved it and Nikki provided everything you would need. Thank you again, can’t wait to come back!
