This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!

We like to stay active. Having many amazing restaurants in a 500 meter radius is perfect. This is a super friendly neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and nearby, but never invasive. We are impressed with the hosts Uriel and Ivanova. Both of them speak English very well. Even had a chance to meet their kids. If you stay here, we highly recommend venturing another 600 meters up the road on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the friendly community that gathers around the pool decks at La Ensenada. You want to talk about your hidden gems?You instantly feel like part of the community. Entry is 100 Cords well spent. And the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We did not find a bad place to eat in Esteli. And we tested all price ranges. Many amazing places are hidden. You might need to do some walking to spot them, however you can always ask Ivanova for some recommendations.

We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay at this charming little apartment. Surrounded by peaceful trees, it provided the perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. The location itself was breathtaking, making it stand out among other places we've stayed. The cleanliness was impeccable, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. Slim is a fantastic host. The local beach is beautiful. Going for a walk with her dogs every morning was the highlight of my stay in big corn. Slim was super friendly and helpful and showed me around the island. The sleeping rooms are super basic but I slept well and you don't go for the rooms you go for the vibe. the house and the garden are lovely places to hang out. just one thing, don't trust her when she recommends the local hairdresser, my girlfriend laughed when she saw my haircut😂

Beautiful place in the heart of Pochomil. Right by the restaurants. Lots to do around the property and the beach is in front of the house. Rooms are nice and each one has their bathroom. The only thing is the stairs but they have a lift. Would love to go back during Holy Week. The caretakers are incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you
