Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens.
