Vacation rentals with a pool in Nickajack Lake

This home was perfect for a last minute need to get out of town. The basement was spacious and there was adequate bedding. The mattresses were comfortable and the home was spotless. Wish the weather had been warmer for the pool. Shane was excellent with communication and check in was super easy.

Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

Mike and Brianna are super-hosts in every way. Very accommodating, flexible, communicative, always available and just great to interact with. Home is everything you see in the photos and more. Lots of amenities. Barely left the house because the house has so many amenities for all 6 guests with differing ages and personalities. You can't go wrong renting this home with Mike and Brianna. You won't regret it - That's for sure.

Great house exactly what we needed for a large group as we were in town for a wedding. House was close to to the venue at Howe Farms. The house was beautiful and super clean we had ever thing we needed couldn’t have ask for a better experience.

The home exceeded our expectations. There is more than enough space in the home. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. And the table tennis in the basement. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this very cozy comfortable home in the future.

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

My husband and I booked this house for our wedding weekend. Beautiful. What an absolute gem! This house is phenomenal. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It is extremely spacious, private, peaceful, and has tons of storage throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pantry makes you want to cry happy tears. The large backyard, pool, play set, and grilling area were golden. I could go on all day about how intentional this entire place is: the furniture, the covers, the bathroom amenities, the lighting, the floorplan. Cary is also fantastic. Her response times are quicker than I’ve experienced. When I couldn’t figure out how to work something, she asked if I wanted her to stop by and check on it. Within 5 minutes, she had checked on the issue and left without anyone even realizing. Her priority was staying out of the way and making sure my family enjoyed every bit of the stay. This was our first time traveling as a family of 3, our first ever using the Airbnb rentals, we made a good choice staying at Karen’s place, everything we wanted to do was within 10 mins. Really enjoyed staying here! We will be back!

This spot felt sooo quiet and private for how close it was to everything! The area it’s in is perfect if you want to walk everywhere without staying in downtown. Also the Murphy bed was so comfy :) Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Bed was comfortable. We had something come up and needed to stay an extra nite. The condo wasn’t booked and they made it seamless to add another nite. And walked across the street to Parkway Pourhouse which was a neat good restaurant.

Great location. The place was perfect for us. You have 2 full bedrooms with their walking closet and their individual bathroom. Washer and dryer available in the unit. The kitchen has everything you need. Comfy furniture and beds. Loved the place. You have restaurants options in a walkable distance and it’s pet friendly.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo! It was accurately described and very well stocked with everything you could need. Getting into the condo was very easy. It was also nice having an assigned parking spot. It is very accessible to multiple parts of Chattanooga. You could very easily walk to Parkway Pourhouse across the street, which had wonderful food and drinks. Brad was very responsive and checked in with us multiple times. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

We enjoyed that it was a quick and beautiful walk to a lot of restaurants and activities, including the Aquarium (and it was across the street from a great restaurant/bar). We had a second car and there was always extra marked places we could park without issues. Jessica was always super prompt and helpful in her replies to us. Thank you! I do recommend it.
