There are two terraces, with the option of grilling. The house is 4 km from Rygård sandy beach, as well as several beautiful beaches along the Norddjurs coastline. From the backyard you can see Løvenholm forest, which is Denmark's 7th largest forest. The house is 7 km from Djurssommerland.

We are close to Rold forest where you can hike or mountain bike, fishing lakes and Øster Hurup with swimming and fishing possibilities. 5 minutes to shopping (3 shops, bakery, tavern and pizzeria) 25 minutes to Aalborg or Randers.

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. Nærmest som om ens fødder er i vandet. Lejlighed er på 80 m2 på 6. sal og er udstyret med opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, så dine våde håndklæder kan tørres efter et morgenbad i havet. Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.
