House vacation rentals in NoDa, Charlotte

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

I had a event in the area and stayed 3 days with guest. Everyone enjoy the peaceful and visually appealing surroundings. The place was clean well decorated and spacious. Definitely would recommend and return again

The place was awesome very spacious and accommodating. I could not have found a better host as Mr. Edwards. As a traveler, I feel it’s important to be able to communicate with the host and get back quick responses. Allowing my family and I to get together for the holidays was very rewarding. Thank you 🙃

Kristi and Amber are incredible hosts. Not only are they highly communicative, but they do so in a manner that makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend: comfortable, casual, and caring. The property is located in a cozy, safe neighborhood and so close to the restaurants and new living areas in SouthEnd. We also just loved the mini-oasis located in the fenced in back yard area. We are so fortunate to have been able to even find this gem and for Kristi and Amber’s generous hospitality.

Great spot for a girl's weekend. We spent a day at the Ballantyne Spa and stayed here as it was close by! Easy spot to get food delivered and we had a great time! Beds were comfortable, plenty of plates and utensils for dining in. Polo was very responsive with any questions. We didn't end up using the outside amenities since we were gone most of Saturday, but super cute fire pit!!

This place exceeded our expectations!! The pictures are on point! Ranin gave clear instructions on how to get in. Because of the weather, I was told that we could not enjoy the pool. HOWEVER... I got a call saying the pool guys would be outside would try to heat the pool. Yes.... heated!! They definitely went about and beyond. I only got to stick my legs in because that Charlotte wind was so disrespectful!! lol But just the effort was enough for me. I took full advantage of the beautiful bathroom in the master suite. Just look at the pics goodness!! You will absolutely love this place. I could say so much more. Definitely worth looking into.

Julie’s home was great for our needs. We brought our fur babies and they absolutely loved the large fenced in backyard! The house was very clean and spacious and the location was great for us. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We were able to check in a little early which was very helpful and appreciated. There were plenty of supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, and the bottled water was a nice surprise! I had some questions leading up to our stay and Julie was very responsive. We would stay here again in the future!

The hosts are friendly and responds promptly with any queries. The location is close to Uptown Charlotte, the airport , convention center and other t popular places. Overall a great choice

We had great time at Daniel’s place this weekend! Very cute place in a walkable neighborhood! We loved only being about a mile from optimist hall and really appreciated the designated parking place. Would recommend this place!

Quiana house is like a dream come true and it was a pleasure staying here. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed out. Amazing for big groups. The house has everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. 5 star all across the board. I recommend this house to the world. I will be back for sure.

All around wonderful stay. Host was very responsive. we stayed longer than we anticipated do to unforseen circumstances and the Host accommodated each of our extinction with no problem. Home was clean...I actually cooked several meals and the amenities provided was awesome. if inhad to pick one thing I would maybe suggest providing a portable heater for the bedroom near the kitchen as it stayed cold ..possibly because it looks like it might have been apart of the garage at some point but we managed with extra blankets. all in all I would definitely book again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how clean everything was. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Excellent private ducked off stay! Great place for parties of 1-2. Pictures did it no justice, felt very home vibes. Host was responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be booking again when back in town!

Everything was perfect! The house is in a great location and it was our second time booking. Will def book again!

This house was perfect for our extended family birthday celebration weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The basement had a great layout for kids to hang out with mini ping pong, fuse ball and games. The theater room truly gives you a movie theater vibe. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The kitchen had the basics for putting together meals. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions or a couple minor issues. We will definitely stay again!

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

Words & pictures are not enough for "The River House". The house & furnishings were extraordinary, clean & very comfortable. The hosts are very attentive to every detail ...even supplying bird seed. My family was here for 2 nights, so due to time constraints I was unable to fully enjoy the outdoors. My suggestion for future guests: pack plenty of groceries & summon your inner Ina Garten or Anthony Bourdain; few good books, & kick back & enjoy the birds, wildlife & water views. No need to leave & re-enter rat race until necessary. Thank you Dean & Angie for sharing your lovely home.

We loved everything about this place ! We all felt right at home ! It was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. I never had to ask for anything ! The location was perfect! We uber everywhere for little to nothing.

Gary's place was perfect for our stay. We were getting together for a Christmas celebration with family and needed room for 4 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of parking space, cozy bedrooms and comfy beds, sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a chilly Christmas Eve, but we were warm and cozy in our airbnb. Gary is an attentive host and called me right back (on Christmas Eve! ) when we experienced a problem. With his help, we were able to resolve the problem quickly. Oh, and there were chocolates waiting for us when we arrived! A nice touch.

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

We really enjoyed the stay at Richard’s. The house is full of beautiful cook books and the kitchen is very well stocked with hearty nonstick cast iron, general seasonings, vinegar etc. Also a very nice coffee/tea bar that was also stocked. Hot tub was great and the home was very cozy. Loved walking around the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again.
