Vacation rentals with a pool in NoDa, Charlotte

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely great—clean, cozy, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. The peaceful, private setting surrounded by nature made it the perfect escape from the city. It was so quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Great location, perfect place to stay to see Charlotte

I had a great experience at Josh’s place - it was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We joked that we wished we could live there, it was so cute and in the perfect area! Josh was very responsive and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit the area!

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

Great spot for a girl's weekend. We spent a day at the Ballantyne Spa and stayed here as it was close by! Easy spot to get food delivered and we had a great time! Beds were comfortable, plenty of plates and utensils for dining in. Polo was very responsive with any questions. We didn't end up using the outside amenities since we were gone most of Saturday, but super cute fire pit!!

Great place to stay for my husband’s baseball tournament- although we ended up not needing it, it was helpful to have a washer/dryer in the condo. The array of available shampoos and conditioners and body wash was also a godsend for my husband as he forgot his and probably didn’t want to smell like the stuff I brought lol. We also made use of the coffee/tea bar - both a keurig and a regular coffee pot brewer were available, along with several teas and coffee bags and powdered creamers which was appreciated. Several food options just a short walk away - we did the pizza place and Papa Doc’s. You don’t really hear the traffic on the nearby road so that was not an issue. And the place was pretty quiet in general. Cute decor (just like the photos). Definitely get ice cream up the road at Dreamery Creamery! 😉😁

This place exceeded our expectations!! The pictures are on point! Ranin gave clear instructions on how to get in. Because of the weather, I was told that we could not enjoy the pool. HOWEVER... I got a call saying the pool guys would be outside would try to heat the pool. Yes.... heated!! They definitely went about and beyond. I only got to stick my legs in because that Charlotte wind was so disrespectful!! lol But just the effort was enough for me. I took full advantage of the beautiful bathroom in the master suite. Just look at the pics goodness!! You will absolutely love this place. I could say so much more. Definitely worth looking into.
