Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in NoDa, Charlotte

Our trip was a family trip and the house was a perfect set up for us. We had plenty of room. The home was clean and the amenities were plentiful. The pictures were exactly how the house was advertised! I agree the street is busy but did not affect our stay! Best part - not too far from the Charlotte Farmers Market! Will definitely revisit this location! Excellent host!!!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very convenient to the Whitewater Center, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the house wasn’t cluttered so there wasn’t much for my toddler to mess with.

Thomas is a great host. His place is amazing with lots of space, amenities, and features. He truly wants his guests to feel at home with extra touches cofee bar, waffle bar, and fully stocked kuchen. The bedding is wonderful and my favorite is the enclosed deck space with TV..... the best. Thanks Tom

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

My family stayed for 3+ weeks and it was perfect. CNM was so quick to communicate, the condo was very comfortable and loved that it was walkable to restaurants and grocery.

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and private. Only issue I had was using the blue tooth lock on the door, that's my fault for being so out of touch with technology. I contacted Brian and he immediately gave me an alternate way of entry.

Great location for us to do Charlotte exploring , very quiet , safe location , super easy check in , beds comfortable . Appreciate they allow dogs and the fenced yard

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo on a beautiful lake. Took this trip to help my daughter get situated in her new apartment a couple of miles up the road. Will be coming back to see her this summer and I will definitely stay here again! If it’s available 😄
