In this 4-hectare estate, the seat of a family home, La Petite Maison, a former bakehouse, has been renovated with attention to raw and natural materials combining comfort and respect for old buildings. On the agenda: visiting the farm animals, picking fruit and vegetables from the garden, swimming in the summer, and comforting fires in the stove in winter.

A haven of peace in the countryside, 20 km from Chartres and on the edge of the forest. The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor lunches and barbecue. Will be at your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jaccuzy ( excluding late Nov - March) bikes and… Numerous activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Extended check-out time during the weekend (Friday 5:00 p.m. to Sunday evening)

This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Our house is in the Normandy countryside, in Le Perche, in nature, close to forests, stud farms, two nautical bases (Soligny-La-Trappe and Mêle-sur-Sarthe), the manors of Perche, a Trappist abbey, and equestrian clubs. You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.
