Emilie's apartment is as advertised and as shown in the photos, easy to access with parking spaces nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped. Ideally located: 10 min from the city center (cathedral) by car. If we have to come back to Chartres we will take Emilie's place again without hesitation! Big plus for the impeccable cleanliness of the whole apartment! And Emilie's kindness!

Great place. Our son stayed there 4 times this year for more than a month for his studies and it's always gone very well. The listing is very well-located and as described. Parking space is a plus. Jacques was very available and always responded quickly.

I stayed here for a night while on a long bike tour, and it was perfect for my needs... There was a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge and bed. Benoit was on site to give me a friendly welcome and it was quiet at night. Ideal!

A short one-night stay for a stop in our journey to La Rochelle , we took the opportunity to visit Chartres. The accommodation is super well-equipped and clean, close to all amenities. Magalie was super available and the self check-in went great.
