The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage/Einzellage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

Our apartment is about 80 m², has 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen, a large common room with a Swedish stove (wood for a surcharge) and garden. You have your own entrance, well-equipped kitchen with Dishwasher and fridge. Linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, books, Games, satellite TV and radio are provided.
