"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance, and there is private parking available near the property.

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated in 2016/2017 and updated in 2021. Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
