There is private access by private road to quiet and lovely sandy beach with good bathing conditions and possibility of walking and fishing from the beach. Ball games and play are available on site. There is direct access to the apartment from parking in the courtyard. The apartment is handicap accessible. There are good biking opportunities from the place along the coast.

Next to the rooms are a common room, a bathroom and also a small tea kitchen with basic kitchen facilities (Kettle, fridge, toaster, two cooking plates etc., NO oven, only a microwave). Both rooms have access to a large terrace. Important note: it has an open staircase down to the ground level.
