Djursborg is located less than 200 m from the shoreline, and in the middle of the forest belonging to Rugaard Gods. The area is a mecca for inshore fishing and tents must be set up on the land. With space for about 50 overnight stays, the place is perfect for weekend breaks, family parties, and school trips. Nice kitchen, and brand new toilets/bathrooms make the place attractive. There are no neighbors here, and the silence is unique.

The house is part of a 3-winged country estate without animals, but separate. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

The house is located in a beautiful natural area with bike path to Fjellerup with fisherman, cafes, waffle bakery, etc. There is a 20-minute drive to Djurs Sommerland, Lübker Golf Resort and Randers Rainforest. The house is well appointed with fiber networks. On the large wooden terrace there is ample opportunity to enjoy the sun from morning to evening in lounge sets, sun loungers or dining nook. In the garden, there is a wilderness bath, barbecue and trampoline.

Very well maintained cottage - located 300 meters from nice, child-friendly sandy beach. 81 m2. Walking distance ( 2 km) to marina, restaurants and shopping. The grounds are on quite hilly terrain - parking possibility for 3 cars. The cost of consumed electricity is charged directly to the owner - DKK 3.50 per kWh. The tenant cleans the house in the same condition as it is received. Cleaning supplies are available in the house. The tenant can also choose to pay DKK 500 to the owner for final cleaning.

Naboens heste og dyrene kommer udfra skoven og græsser, mens I sidder og nyder morgenmaden. Pak fiskestangen og gå de 950 m ned til kysten med de enestående klinter og fang din egen fisk. Gå en tur over Sangstrup klinten til Hjembæk, hvor I får et kig ned i havstokken og måske har cafeen åbent, så I kan nyde en is med en kop kaffe imens i finder fossiler.
