A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

In the middle of St. Pauli is our beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a spacious kitchen with dining table. In addition to a full bathroom with bathtub, there is also a separate toilet available. Since the bedrooms are located to the backyard, it is very quiet there. Nevertheless, the Reeperbahn, Davidstraße and Hans-Albers-Platz are within walking distance. The bedrooms are bright and flooded with sunshine when the weather is nice.
