The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The sun-drenched apartment is colourful and cheerfully furnished and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is located directly on the property.

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
