From the sun-kissed balcony you have a beautiful view of the city centre and can enjoy the elevated location in the evening at sunset. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the center on foot. Right behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, with a little luck you can observe wild deer directly at the garden fence.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor / attic of our beautiful, historic villa from 1904. The apartment can accommodate 2 adult sleeping guests and max. 2 children. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower, a living and sleeping area with open kitchen and dining area. The built-in kitchen is new and fully furnished.

Located south-east on the city center, you will find this stylish apartment in a central but extremely quiet location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk, the nearest S-Bahn station "Bayrischer Bahnhof" is 3 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. The evening you can end on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and at the end trip to bed. :)

Leipzig South

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

My apartment is a 10-minute walk from downtown. The bedroom is quietly located without car or tram noise. The apartment is in the attic and the living room with balcony faces south. Parking is easily available free of charge on the surrounding streets.
