Swimming jetty and rowing boat straight down from the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes on the ice or 3 minutes by car. After a day filled with adventure, the sauna, the fire and the silence await. Free electric car charging is included. Perfect for both outdoor activities and relaxation all year round.

Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. 3 km south of Järvsö is our health farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guesthouse with a great view of the Ljusnan valley. In the yard, you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play table tennis. Jump on the trampoline. Less than 10 minutes down to a fantastic swimming area, fun for children. On the farm there are bikes for guided cycling and kayaks to rent if you feel like it. If you are a larger group, there is also Gammelgården with 8 beds to rent.

Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
