The home is located right on the highway but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected - especially on weekdays and at harvest time. Legoland (9km), Lego House (9km), Lalandia (9) , Lufthavn (8km), Dagligvareindkøb (5km), Givskud Zoo (14km), Kongernes Jelling (14km). Hytten er fuldt udstyret, og indflytningsklar. Badeværelse med toilet og vaskemaskine + tørretumbler. Hytten har en dejlig terrasse med smuk udsigt over markerne. Her findes havebord og stole, samt grill. Samt loungesæt og bålsted. Der kan opleves flystøj.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Peaceful farmhouse in the countryside

What makes the house special is that it is very quiet and peaceful and close to nature. Furthermore, it is very easy to park and enter the house. It is also dog-friendly and child-friendly. It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. It's a clinic floor. In the living room there is a fireplace and good sofas.

Idyllically located holiday home north of Vejle. Scenic and quiet location with great views of the meadows and a small lake. By the lake there is a swing frame, trampoline and fireplace and there is a private terrace on both sides of the house. Close to Legoland and Lego House as well as Givskud Zoo.
