Vacation rentals with beach access in North Coast

I bought this place as a gift to my friends who got engaged, and they absolutely loved it! Beautiful space, with an amazing view of the bay. Arun was so accommodating and responsive, to make sure my friends had a great experience. I definitely recommend booking this place :)

Gary's place was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect location in a great little town. Gary was a excellent host and was very accommodating and understanding with a mix-up (on my end). My only hesitation on recommending Gary's place is that I want it to be available when we come back!! :) Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

Quirky, spacious apartment with plenty of amenities for the traveler. Really lovely peaceful setting. Rick is very responsive and helpful. Pay attention to his advice about the traffic patterns by the freeway. (P.S. If anyone in your group has allergies be aware that there’s a pretty bold outdoor cat hanging around!)

This spot is gorgeous! Small but fully functional. A beautiful beach and the center of Trinidad are both within walking range, and a bunch of other gorgeous beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Karin is a very thoughtful and helpful host, and her dogs are adorable!

This place was the perfect stay for my fiancé and I. I couldn’t recommend this place more it was so cute and clean. The host is just incredible and very responsive. We got engaged during our trip and found a vintage Photo Booth to make the announcement. Unfortunately, our picture fell out while packing the car. The host contacted us and mailed us our photos!! I was so incredibly thankful and speaks volumes to the hosts care for their guests experiences. Happy this place was a part of our memorable trip.

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

Had a wonderful stay at this charming and updated space! The host was super nice and welcoming, and the home had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with a fridge/freezer and microwave. The only minor downside was that the inside of the shower could use a little update, as the showerhead had some rust and was positioned a little low for taller people. But overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for those looking for a good deal.

This is one of those places that is even better than the pictures, and the pictures looked amazing. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The property and outdoor areas were pristine and relaxing. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and I felt safe letting them out to run around and explore. And to top it off it was a short walk to the ocean and a beautiful state park with very few other people around.

Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

This is an incredibly beautiful house, and Omar is a great host! You feel like you are one with the ocean. The sprawling views of the ocean from the living room area are unbelievably good. The outdoor deck beside the living room had clean furniture and beautiful views too. We experienced combinations of nice sunny day/noon as well as foggy evenings, rainy mornings and all of them were uniquely beautiful. Instructions were super clear to follow, the welcome guide upon check-in has lots of useful information. Omar is extremely helpful and quick with his responses to all queries. There are some really nice restaurants in the area too, and is pretty close to other spots of interest like Gualala, Point arena, but the indoors of this place are so beautiful, you could the spend the whole day indoors.

Hila was a very gracious and responsive host. The property was exactly as described in terms of amenities. It also seemed like it had been remodeled recently and was well appointed. The master bathroom was very nice and I think had heated floors - so nice. The bed was very comfortable - I had the best night of sleep I have had in a while. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and peaceful. We came to Guerneville to retreat and recharge and Hila's quiet and comfortable place hit the spot.

Gotta say, the pictures were not great but the place is absolutely STUNNING! Great location and backyard for the dogs, the beach very accessible through the backyard as well. Walking distance to all Mendocino downtown has to offer including the state park. Highly recommend

Such a lovely home. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. This place is great for large groups. Also people with dogs will really appreciate the enclosed backyard. The living room with the couch with multiple recliner chairs was sublime especially for the nights we watched movies on the massive TV with theater surround sound. The beds were comfortable. All three bathrooms had a luxurious feeling to them. Literally ever space in the house was comfortable and felt large. Also great host! Any questions we had Jon got back to us in minutes with an answer. We will go back for sure!!

Amazing beachfront stay in Smith River, CA! Private, romantic, with a BBQ and gas fireplace on the patio. Immaculately clean, stunning ocean views, and a thoughtful host. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay! And so easy to get around!

Loved our stay at Shelter Cove, the views were unbeatable and it was also a great night for stargazing. We enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi in the living room that looked out into the ocean. Everything was incredible comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Cliff House’s Magnificent Room was ideal for a relaxing weekend. Walking to the Black Sand Beach was a pleasant surprise, and the breathtaking views were unforgettable. The fireplace was inviting, but the hot tub was the highlight—soaking under the stars after exploring the Lost Coast was unmatched. Despite concerns about winter storms, the weather was perfect. The well-equipped kitchen made preparing a Thanksgiving meal easy. A truly memorable experience—we can’t wait to return!

My stay at 55 EEl, Shelter Cove was truly wonderful. The property was as beautiful as described, and the host was incredibly thoughtful. As a book lover, I really appreciated the high-quality books provided – it was a lovely touch! Planned the stay for a proposal, happy to say, she said YES! Thank you again for the opportunity to book with you for our stay ! We will surely be back !

We had a wonderful time here. It had everything we needed for a peaceful stay and very clear instructions so we had no trouble getting in.
