Highland Hideaway is located in majestic Shawnigan Lake. Our charming 1 bedroom suite is located on an acre lot shared with the main house. Less than a km to one of Shawnigan Lake's many public beaches and trails and approx a km to the quaint village of Shawnigan Lake. The suite is located in the lower part of our carriage house, the main house is beside. Inside you'll find a cozy space tastefully decorated with most everything you need including a queen bed and a sleeper sofa.

Take a short walk down to the kayak rental if you’re feeling like you want to play in the water, or just enjoy laying on the beach.

Our suite is close to Bamberton Provincial Park in a peaceful neighbourhood close to beach access. Bike tour guests will appreciate the proximity to the Mill Bay ferry dock. Private entrance suite with spacious bathroom (no tub), shower and a huge bedroom! This is an attached suite to our main home but your area and entrance is private there is no shared spaces. Queen murphy bed, two dressers, desk and mini fridge. Smart TV with Netflix. Single cot for extra guest available. Toiletries and linens, paper plates, plastic cuterly, coffee, tea, whitener and sugar are provided.
