Cosy cottage, stunning views near Chatsworth
If you want peace and solitude with stunning sunset views in a comfy, lived-in, dog-friendly place of your own Copy Wood Cottage is your ideal location. Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. We now have an EV Charger for guest’s use, just contact me on cost.

The Tower
The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This garden flat with separate access is located in the heart of Sheffield's academic and healthcare hubs. Nestled between Broomhill, Ecclesall road and 2 miles away from the city centre. Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

This is a beautiful part of the countryside with lots of local attractions such as the Chatsworth estate, the market town of Bakewell, and the spar town of Buxton. More areas of historical interest include Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, and Eyam. A lovely place to visit, relax, and take in the view of Curbar edge. Completely self-catering.

16th century cosy stone cottage with large private garden, includes lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. Pretty sun room ideal for morning coffees. Two bedrooms, one twin, and one king size. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

Colour Mill Cottage
Once a 17th Century Colour Mill in the heart of the Peak District, this self contained traditional limestone cottage in Bonsall Village is a peaceful retreat that’s in walking distance to the Country Inns and walks across Bonsall Moor. With Peak District attractions and sites on your door step a whole host of adventures await for those that love walking and exploring local areas including Cromford Village, Matlock, Bakewell and Chatsworth and even Belper, Buxton and Hartington.

Pepper Cottage- pet-friendly, stylish & cosy
Pepper Cottage is a stylish yet traditional workman's cottage with a modern garden room extension situated on Church Street, about 5-10mins walk into the centre of Matlock. It is ideal for dog-owners as it has a fenced garden and easy access to the High & Pic Tor for walks with fantastic views across Matlock & down to Matlock Bath. The front of the cottage looks up to Riber Castle. There is a lockable garden shed for bikes. Ideal for couples & families with older children.

The Carriage near Matlock, Peak District
Situated in the Peak District National Park, locations don't come much better than this. The Carriage provides superb views across the valley and lovely walks from the door. Matlock, with its county town facilities is a 5 minute drive. The property is close to the Peak District's wealth of attractions, including Chatsworth House, Dove Dale and Haddon Hall The Carriage provides a beautiful haven to discover the area.

Three bedroom (sleeps 6: 2 double bedrooms & 1 twin room) end terraced Cottage, with a beautiful private garden (which is not shared & fully enclosed for dogs). Parking 15 metres from the property. Well presented and ideally located in the popular village of Two Dales. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Matlock and Bakewell are all with 10 minutes drive. Excellent walks nearby Hallmoor woods & Ladygrove Reservoirs.

Rita’s Retreat
Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV.
