Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. For peaceful guests (max 6 people) we offer a newly renovated detached house in the center of Hailuoto. In the log house, located in the heart of the Hailuoto National Landscape, you can spend a comfortable holiday as well as telecommuting days. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. The yard has stunning views of the field.

The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Asunnolta on Oulun lentokentälle 7min. ja Oulun keskustaan 20min. Lähikauppa on 2km päässä. Asunto on lapsiperheen pihassa- oma hirsinen asunto. Sauna,suihku ja jacuzzi on isäntäväen kanssa yhteinen, mutta ajan sopimalla, se on käytössäsi 1-1,5h/vrk. Jouluun varaukseen kuuluu jacuzzi 3h /päivä.

The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).

Recently renovated 29m2 studio centrally located near the Nelostiet and Kasitie streets. Services are just across the park. E.g. a shop, pizzerias, restaurants, a library and a pharmacy. Close to a gym where you can buy a one-time membership. Liminganlahti Nature Center 5.6 km away. The bus runs to the center of Oulu every hour! From the kitchen window, you can watch the park go by and enjoy the pond view. Quiet backyard with evening sun. Free parking and a fireplace.

In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
