The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. The feed services and the ski resort are only a few minutes away by car (approx. 5km). For peaceful guests (max 6 people) we offer a newly renovated detached house in the center of Hailuoto. In the log house, located in the heart of the Hailuoto National Landscape, you can spend a comfortable holiday as well as telecommuting days. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. The yard has stunning views of the field.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. A cozy little detached house in the center of Puolanka. Accommodation passing by for one night? Need an apartment from Puolanga for a month or three? Our house offers a cozy base in a quiet location. Downtown services within walking distance. The living room has a fireplace. A wood-burning sauna in the yard, whose steam has been commended. A canopy place for the car. Children's supplies can be found if needed. A longer term rental is also possible.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
