The house is on the edge of Skipton Woods, is private and yet just 3 minutes walk from the town centre. There is ample parking and we are family and dog friendly.

West Royd B&B - The Coastal Room

Located in the picturesque village of Robin Hood's Bay, next door to the Wayfarer Restaurant and close to the Victoria Hotel. West Royd was historically run as a traditional B&B for over 20 years. Following the retirement of the previous owners, it is now run as a room only Air B&B. There are 3 guest rooms available, each offers an old world Victorian charm with the advantage of all mod cons. Each individual room can be booked separately on Air B&B, this listing is for the Coastal Room only.

Grassington spacious B&B with incredible views

Our Bed and Breakfast is located in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stunning part of the world and perfect for exploring! It is a beautiful spacious period house which is in a fabulous location. You can book as many of the rooms as you need. There is a large lounge solely for our guests use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge for guest use. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Grassington. This is not a self-catering property, but a B&B.

Just 5 minutes from the historic town of Whitby, Groves Hall is a haven of tranquillity. Built in 1750,and Grade II Listed it is set in seven acres, with mature and well laid gardens, which take advantage of the views over the Esk Valley and River Esk. Ingleborough Micro Lodge

Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of the local pubs, café and train station and has its own private car park for guests. From April 2019 2 (dog friendly) micro lodges/pods will be added and are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace and bbq. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave and sofa.
