Private studio apartment steps away from St. Olaf campus. A great space for your visit to Northfield! While this listing is for two guests, we can accommodate one or two additional guests. Please message me if this is the case.
“Excellent location right next to St. Olaf and close to downtown. Super clean, and great space. It was super easy to cook, do work on a computer, and have a separate sleeping area. I really appreciate the extra little touches with sparkling water, space heater, and overall coziness. I will definitely stay again!”

“Julie's place was exceedingly clean and comfortable and had a lovely clean, zen, vibe. She accommodated our very late check in and it was lovely to have fresh cookies, snacks (microwave popcorn!) and even wine (!) upon our arrival to unwind with after a long day of travel. We loved the fresh flowers and the yoga mat too! The towels were clean and very soft and the shower hot. We used the futon bed (which Julie made up in advance) as well and it was very comfortable. She respected our privacy which was super nice but was available at all times as well by text/email. The location is very convenient to Carleton and St. Olaf's as well as to the cute downtown in Northfield. Thank you!”
Our lower level (stair access) has been designed and decorated especially for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, and steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees and perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations.
“Nestled among the Honor Houses of St. Olaf, you can’t get closer to the college unless you stay on campus. A beautifully decorated, cozy home away from home. I believe that they have thought of everything, including extra chargers in case you need them. Even the bathroom has a motion sensor nightlight do you don’t need to turn on the overhead lights. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of drawer space for your things. Because of the Social Distancing, we didn’t interact very much but they are always available if you need them.”
