Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Northumberland

Always clean when I stay here it will always be my first choice when I visit Newcastle! I would recommend to any especially for location, not far from Central station if you are travelling by train & good parking facilities if you drive

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and tasteful with lots of luxury touches. Super comfortable beds and linens, top notch coffee machine and lovely cosy places to sit and relax. The house is so child friendly – a gorgeous garden and playroom, high chair and plenty of space for coats/boots/kid stuff. Very practical and highly recommend.

The house is very clean and tidy, and the host is helpful. Its location is within walking distance to Orion Business Park and Tesco.

This is a real AirBnB gem! Monica and Cian were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and were super helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to see. They have a lovely home with amazing period features and we felt very welcome to come and go during our stay. You could go through the cool kitchen to a very pretty garden and there was even a little garden room by the hot tub. We felt very grand eating our breakfast in the dining-room. The room we stayed in was very big with two large windows, high ceilings and two chandeliers! We slept really well both nights. The street is quiet and peaceful but just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of the old town which is full of interesting history and there are TWO excellent second-hand book shops. Two nights did not feel like enough and we hope to be able to come back another time!

This is a great house for a multigenerational group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. lots provided to keep everyone entertained in mixed weather - hot tub, bikes, gaming equipment, darts, table tennis, books etc. Very clean and comfortable. We were well looked after at the Pheasant Inn and Falstone Tea Rooms. Would recommend.

Iain and Maggie are very nice hosts. The place is easy to get to from train or metro, and in an interesting neighborhood. The apartment is lovely, with light pouring in huge windows, comfy beds, and well-appointed kitchen. We loved it!

The NEST is a beautiful space. Immaculately clean, well-equipped and super comfortable. Right in the middle of town meant no car needed. A bit cold for the terrace, but on warmer days it would be a beautiful space to sit and drink a glass of wine or two (which Lesley kindly provided for us). We were fortunate enough to meet Lesley as we arrived a little early and she was kind enough to let us leave our bags before check-in. A wealth of local knowledge, friendly, professional and clearly loves both the town and The NEST. She has every right to be proud of it. We had a fantastic time there and wouldn’t look anywhere else if our travels take us to Berwick again. Thanks Lesley.

Needed somewhere to stay for a week to work out of. This location was really nice, soon as you leave the location and walk down the hill your on the Quayside which was super beautiful on the days the sun shined. The room itself was clean and tidy. And was a great space to get a lot of work done during the week. Lots of great food options within walking distance. Loved the stay so much I’m thinking of renting nearby. Would recommend.

Cant fault the stay at all. Jessica was always responsive and ready to answer any questions. The apartment was clean and exactly like the photos. Cinema screen was top quality with lots to watch. The instructions were clear so we were able to take full advantage of the apartment. The area was quiet and in a great location for a lot of things. When I come to Newcastle again, I will definitely be contacting Jessica.
