The Cutest House in Samara, perfect location!

Comfortable, cozy home located in the heart of Sámara. Very well maintained with plenty of amenities. Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Note: The owners recently started managing the listing, therefor it has no reviews from the last very successful 4 years it was listed by an agency in town.

La Joya Escondida (the hidden jewel) is truly that. The house is situated up in the hills above Samara. We are a 3 minute drive to town and the beach. Enjoy the fresh breeze, views and quiet of being up in the hills. The treetop canopy is spread out before you all the way to the ocean.
