Vacation rentals with a pool in Nosara

A great private house for your stay in Samara. An easy 5 minute bike ride to town or the beach makes the location convenient. the neighbours are friendly. The backyard overlooks the jungle book so it feels peaceful. The hosts as well as property manager, David are always responsive to any problems. would definitely stay here again

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Indigo. Good location, easy to get to restaurants, shops, and beach. We loved surfing, doing yoga, and watching sunsets!

Excellent location in town. Owners are a very friendly family and extremely responsive to any questions. The owners have a coffee shop and bakery right on site. There’s a great restaurant right next door that has breakfast, lunch, dinner. Away from the main road so very quiet. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice pool and courtyard. Visited by many birds. Lots of hummingbirds and we even had 2 Scarlett Macaws fly over. Would stay again.

Incredible home! The house is beautifully decorated with wonderful artwork The view from every room is delightful. Kitchen is very well supplied. Pool is perfect for swimming or hanging out. Manager Stevie is great - responding quickly to our every need and offering very helpful guidance for activities in the area. We enjoyed visits from the coatis and the monkeys. We had a very fun stay.

Beautiful large house in the middle of everything with a peaceful, private backyard oasis. Our family of four stayed for five days. We thoroughly enjoyed Nosara and Play Guinones. It was magical to pick your surfboard from the rack and walk 5 minutes to some of the best waves in the world. Equally magical was to wake up to howler monkeys behind your bedroom window. The house has five luxurious bedrooms/bathrooms and can easily accommodate two families or five couples. There's parking right in front of the house for 1-2 cars.

We come every year and are always so happy and grateful for Andrew and JoAnne's place. It is just perfect for us and reminds us every time why we love to be down in Pelada. A simple walk to the beach, a spacious home with beautiful accents that captures more of the Costa Rica feel. It is close to everything but secluded too. We love it!!! (Just don't reserve our time down there ;-). Thank you Andrew and Joanne, always great to work with.

David’s place was an absolute dream. I knew it would be but in person it is even better. The condo is spacious and clean, view is unmatched and feels like you have the beach to yourselves. David is a great host , easy to communicate with and very helpful in ensuring your stay is comfortable. The area is so quiet and peaceful we could not have picked a more perfect stay for our family . 100% recommend staying here.

The location of condo (downtown) and size of Karen’s was awesome for our family of 5. Plenty of room and was very neat! And the kitchen was fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit was so nice! Karen has books to read, movies, etc. Bring your own cards and board games (that is what we did). I didn’t see any board games in the condo. Karen was so good to work with and very responsive. She was an excellent host! Once we parked the car the 1st day, the entire town is walkable and we didn’t have to drive. There are 2 grocery stores next to condo, restaurants galore, shopping beach 1 block away. Samara was a fun town and location for a relaxing beach vacation. We rented beach chairs from Tico’s surf shop (do it the day prior to wanting chairs) and they were excellent to work with. If you don’t want to spend money on that, Karen has beach chairs in the condo. Overall, so FUN and would rent Karen’s again.

Patrick and Hilda were so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure and a privilege to stay in their wonderful condo. Really loved Samara Beach, great restaurants beach beautiful and the Condo was perfect location. Highly recommend this property to stay in. Jamie

We stayed in the Condo for over a month and the place was a great location. The condo is well equipped for a young family and has everything you need. The host and manager are great at dealing with any issues and they actively try to solve any problems or request promptly. The A/C and fans was perfect for the climate and the family had no problems sleeping in the condo. The swimming pool is perfect for both younger and older children and they can be supervised comfortably from the Rancho. The laundry facilities work well and are big enough to accommodate a family wash when needed. A shop on the corner for most ingredients and cold drinks. The surrounding neighbours are so kind and engaging with us and the children and we often shared breakfast or drinks outside with them. The people here really do make the stay safe and more enjoyable. The wildlife in the immediate area is incredible from monkeys and iguanas to horses and coati’s all while having a coffee on the balcony. Thank you!

We LOVED our time in Sámara at Jill's (Nick and Jill's). Sámara has all of the beauty of Costa Rica in this gem of a community, and Jill made this trip INCREDIBLE for us. We did no research, we just used her exceptional recommendations like surfing with Chocos, snorkeling/whale watching with Octopus Tours w/ Aldair!, Saturday Feria Market in downtown Samara (best fruit and vegetables we've ever had, lovely art and crafts by local artisans), best beaches, best places to eat (Bahia for Pataguac and mojitos, and Chogana's for amazing rotisserie chicken delivered to the condo!). When we asked, she also helped us navigate to try positively contribute to the Sámara community as tourists. We already loved Costa Rica, but time with Jill and her community made this trip EXTRAORDINARY. The Condo was clean, cool, and perfect amenities. Jill is responsive, thoughtful and tailored her advice to our needs (kids, adults! my mom who is in her 70's!). We will return to stay with Jill!

We loved our stay at Villas Las Ventanas! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and the amenities were all great! It is a ways out from the city life in Tamarindo, but the peacefulness and almost private beach access made it worth it. We ended up renting a car because it is pretty easy to get around there and we needed it to get back and forth to the other areas we wanted to go to. Our host Frances was always responsive when questions arose. The gate keepers at the condos were very helpful as well. Thank you for our wonderful trip!! Pura Vida - Denise & Laawrence
