The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. Within walking distance there is a sauna, paddle courts and kayaks for rent. The sea house has on the first floor an open living room with kitchen and a toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.
