The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Two similar apartments in one house. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen solution and dining table. TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4 plates stove w/stove top, coffee maker and kettle. Bedroom with double bed (150x200 cm). Loft with 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Duvets and pillows. Bed sheets and towels can be rented. Bathroom with shower/wc. Porch with table and 4 chairs. Freezer, washing machine and dryer in sanitary building. Final cleaning costs NOK 400,- if you don't want to do it yourself.

Apartment near the university, in a high basement.

Note: on Sundays we check in after 6 pm. The apartment has its own entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for that. But we're pretty peaceful, especially on weekdays. We have a cat.

Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.

Basement apartment in Notodden

Cozy and peaceful apartment in the middle between Sentrum and Heddal Stavkirke (about 30min. walk <->) 5min. walk to shopping center, 2 min. to the grocery store and the local bus. Large and nice outdoor area. Fiber/Wi-Fi. TV with streaming. One bedroom that is divided into two with partition and curtain (double bed 180x220 + 2 single beds 90x200). Private parking space. The bathroom is small and "worn" with heating cables.
