Great cottage located with a large flat nature plot of 1.9 destinations. The cabin is located in a great forest terrain between Kongsberg and Notodden in Telemark. In summer there is bathing water 5 min walk from the cottage ,with bathing area, fishing opportunities and access to boat. It is the canoe at the cabin, which is available to the tenants. In winter, there are miles of great marked ski trails. Bedroom 1 bed 180cm Bedroom 2 family bunk 120 cm below and 90 cm above Bedroom 3 has a bed 80 cm, which can be 160cm

Idyllic cabin in the mountains right by the alpine center

The cabin was completed in 1986 and was published in 2021. The toilet and kitchen have been replaced and a new toilet is built in the entryway. It is experienced as spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 available for guests) plus a loft which is popular for children. It has wooden floors and painted wood panels on walls. There is a newer fireplace in the living room that heats well, as well as a heat pump that can be turned on ahead of time so that you get to the heated cabin. There are Wifi and TV channels in the cabin.

The cabin has stunning views over the water and towards Gaustatoppen. The cabin area is quiet and peaceful with few other cabins. The panoramic view from the large windows in the living room is absolutely outstanding and here you get it nice both inside the cozy living room and outside on the large porch. I hope that my guests enjoy the view and the pleasant environment inside and outside. The Jacuzzi will be installed in September 2025 and will be available to guests from 26.09. to 03.05.

Old fashioned cabin in beautiful surroundings🏞

An old charming cabin in beautiful surroundings. It's a 15(+) minutes walk from the parking space/mountain road (toll costs 100 NOK). Cabin is located just meters away from the lake. Please read this: There are no electricity, running water or any other modern facilities. This i a old fashioned basic cabin :) Bring your own primus or similar for heating/warming/cooking food. Bring your own preferred sleeping gear! There is a water purifier (Dulton), so you can use water from the lake.

Cozy family cabin close to fishing and bathing water

The cabin have a great terrace where you can glimpse down to the water nearby. Within walking distance, there is a bathing place at the water with a ladder and floating jetty as well as good fishing opportunities with access to a rowing boat. The cabin is made child-friendly with equipment such as a baby bed, step-ladder chair and own highchair, child's toilet seat and children's gate around the fireplace. For the kids there is a sandbox, darts, playroom and a jumping castle for use.

Trollcabin was the first cabin build in the area. Long before a road was laid down, each and every piece of stone and wood travelled from across the lake. The cottage stands on a hill that is surrounded by moving water, giving the feeling of being one with the nature.
