Had a really lovely stay at this cosy barn in Hatt. The place was spotless, warm, and had everything I needed for a chilled-out break. The hot tub was a brilliant touch—great for relaxing in the evenings—and being surrounded by countryside (and alpacas!) just made it even more special. Big shout out to Ben, who was super responsive and helpful throughout. Really appreciated how easy he made everything, from check-in to local tips. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a peaceful, comfortable stay with a bit of character. Would happily come back!

We booked this from New Zealand so had no idea what to expect. We loved the drive through the country lanes. The accommodation is exactly as advertised, very comfortable, we drove to Padstow and port Isaac. Came back and had a meal up at the local pup. It is a beautiful time of the year with all the spring flowers, the locals couldn’t be any friendlier. We really enjoyed staying on a working farm. Thank you.

A nice self contained unit with all you need for a couple staying. There was a lovely little garden to sit and enjoy the sun . We would stay again.
