There are two other apartments in the neighborhood where permanent tenants live. Bedroom: double bed + sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. Flat screen TV + Amazon Prime. Possibility of storing sports equipment on the ground floor (separate lockable room). Suitable location for travel and tourism.

Overnight, thanks to the quality mattresses stored in the drawer under it, it can turn into a comfortable double bed.

Vytápění je řešeno jednak kamny na dřevo v kuchyni a v ložnici a dále je možnost topení elektrickými přímotopy v každé místnosti.
