Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Rustically elegant apartment (2+2)only 5 min. walk distance to the beach. Along the beach is a beautiful Mediterranean park that creates an atmosphere of natural shade. Many fun sports and recreational activities (aqua park, jet-sky, parachuting...) and gastronomic treats are located alongside the beach. The rich cultural/historical heritage of the Old Town of Novi Vinodolski is only a 10-minute walk away. The villa offers a spacious courtyard.

Casablanca apartment is family owned located in a quiet area of Novi Vinodolski perfect for family vacation. The beach is located in front of the house, just a few steps away. In front of the house there is a pedestrian zone great for walking, jogging, bicycling, roller skating, etc,. In the evening you can find a variety of restaurants which serve local cuisine. The promenade leads toward the old city, which is 20 minutes easy walking distance.

It is located in a small and quiet place only 3-4 minutes drive from the center of town Senj. Apartment is situated in the house, at the first floor and has two balconies.
