For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

La Barn des Marronniers

Old barn completely renovated. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and sitting area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The pool is heated by a solar panel which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season (beginning of May and end of September to beginning of October).

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

My accommodation is close to the A85 highway. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). For zoo lovers, we are about 35 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche, about 45 minutes from the Bioparc Zoo of Doué la Fontaine and about 1 hour 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo.
