Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

This coachman's house in a scenic location near the Potsdam lakes and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Prussian Park and Cultural Landscape is a perfect retreat from which to start great tours to the nearby (Caputh with Einsteinhaus, Sanssouci Castle, Cecilienhof Castle, Babelsberg Castle, Babelsberg Film Studios) and distant (Berlin) surroundings. The more than 100-year-old two-storey coachman's house has been converted into a monumental 50 m² house.

Vacation home on the edge of the village in the natural park

In Berlin's neighborhood and near Potsdam in Fresdorf on Großer Seddiner See near the A 10 motorway. Enjoy RAUSzeit and relax. Just for two! The large apartment offers two open spaces for real rest. In the morning, watch the cranes over the espresso or greet the fox by the glass of cool wine in the evening, all included. Here you start to the Beelitz State Garden Show or Beelitzer Spargelstrasse, to Einstein to Caputh an der Havel. Fancy it?

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.

A small and very cozy apartment in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park with good connections to Potsdam and Berlin. The 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a semi-detached house, is 40 sqm, has been completely renovated, with a separate entrance, a small terrace and a beautiful view of the garden, which can of course be used.

This special house, renovated in 2023, is perfect for families, friends or work colleagues to have a good time. Potsdam and Berlin can be reached in about 15-30 minutes. Perfect for city trips, but also excursions to the surrounding area. In the sauna or in the garden you can also just linger and relax.
