(the property is not fenced). Located as the last house on a cul-de-sac.

A small and super cozy family cottage in Norwegian log cabin style. It is not a rental property, but a private, often used cottage equipped with everything a family with children needs. There are 4 beds in the house and 4 extra in the two annexes. A large plot with plenty of sun all day. Trampoline, soccer goals, games, boat dock and several beaches and swimming bridges nearby. Pure fun! And in the cold season, the cottage is best suited for a small family of 4-5, who can sleep in the main house.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

Beach (900 m), 2 km from Nykøbing's supermarkets, restaurants , swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km ) etc. Table tennis and table football . TV with 3 Danish and many German channels. Fibernet, WIFI. Bed linen etc can be supplied upon agreement.
