A Casiña do Río is a small house at the foot of the River Belelle. It has a considerable estate with trees and direct access to the river via stairs. It is ideal for spending a few days enjoying nature and relaxing with the sound of the river. It has a barbecue and pergola with benches. There are 2 separate stays. In one is the living room and kitchen and in the other are the bedrooms and bathroom. It is located at the end of the 1st stage of the Camino de Santiago (English Way)

In Canido, overlooking La Malata and the sunset, renovated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a spacious living room with a 50" smart TV, a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom with shower tray, covered balcony facing east to sit for a moment and have a coffee, and two warm and comfortable bedrooms with beautiful touches. Tilt-and-turn windows and programmable heating. Second floor, no elevator. Easy parking in the area.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.
