This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Home is in a quiet cul de sac and very private. No Filter in the Pictures of This Home. Big back yard to do BBQ'S, plenty of chairs for a gathering, each room has tv's, private yard that is very big for pets to play. Stay here and drive to Yosemite, Bay area, Napa, Sacramento, and Beyond. Sorry i don't provide paper towels. If you have questions regarding let me know.
